The TRUST-ESG project officially start with the consortium participating at a very productive and informative meeting at ICG’s Headquarters. Infocredit Group (ICG), Frederic Research Center (FRC) and the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT), have combined and signal a new research and innovation Journey.

The project is under the RESTART 2016-2020 Programme and co-funded by the Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF), aiming to develop an AI-powered solutions that improve the accuracy and transparency of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting with primarily target the small and medium-sized enterprises, in Cyprus Economy. The consortium combines expertise in artificial intelligence and sustainability analytics to design this new framework.

During the kick-off meeting, the participants gathered to officially launch the project and establish a common understanding of its objectives and structure. Participants had the opportunity to get to know each other, discuss the project contract, and review the overall roadmap, including key deliverables, milestones, and performance indicators (KPIs). The meeting also covered administrative, technical, and communication procedures to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient coordination among partners. Emphasis was placed on fostering teamwork and setting the foundation for effective implementation and successful achievement of the project’s goals.
