Theodoros Kringou is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Infocredit Group, an international provider of credit intelligence, compliance, and risk management solutions. With nearly three decades of experience in banking, credit risk, and regulatory technology, he has led the transformation of the Group into a regional leader in business information, AML/KYC compliance, and digital risk platforms serving clients across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.

He began his career at Bank of Cyprus Factors in 1996 and joined Infocredit Group in 2003, where he played a key role in expanding the company’s international footprint and developing advanced API-driven solutions covering credit risk management, AML/CTF compliance, due diligence, regulatory reporting, and business intelligence.

Under his leadership, Infocredit Group has established strategic partnerships with leading global organisations, including Mastercard and LexisNexis Risk Solutions, enabling clients to access trusted global compliance data, financial crime,  cybersecurity intelligence, and risk analytics through integrated digital platforms.

Beyond his executive role, Theodoros serves on the Board of the Nicosia Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is a Founding Member and Board Member of the Cyprus Business Council in Dubai (UAE), contributing to initiatives that strengthen business, investment, and institutional cooperation between Cyprus, the UAE, and the wider Gulf region.

He is also a Founding Member of Malta Credit Bureau and serves as Director in several international organisations, including ICG Middle East Commercial Services (UAE), First Cyprus Credit Bureau Ltd, HostingB2B Ltd, and Delphi Alliance.

Theodoros previously served as a Board Member of FEBIS (Federation of Business Information Services), where he contributed to international policy dialogue on credit information, compliance, and responsible data governance.

He has been actively involved in institutional and community initiatives in Cyprus, including serving as President of the Nicosia Tourism Development and Promotion Company, supporting the international positioning of the city in business, cultural, and sports tourism.

A certified mediator and governance professional, he is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute (FCG), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (FCICM), and a Certified Cryptocurrency Tracing Examiner (CTCE). He holds a BSc in Management from St. Francis College in New York and an MBA from Maastricht School of Management.

His leadership has been recognised through multiple industry distinctions, including innovation and compliance awards for Infocredit Group and his nomination as a finalist for Business Leader of the Year at the Cyprus EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.

Yaroslav Berezovskiy is the Chief Technology Officer at Infocredit Group Ltd, where he plays a main key role in shaping the company’s technological direction and innovation strategy.

With a strong background in software engineering and product development, he focuses on building scalable, reliable, and future-ready solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.

Yaroslav is recognized for aligning technology with real business needs, fostering high-performing teams, and approaching innovation as a practical driver of long-term value for the organization and its clients.

Maria Evangelou is a chartered certified accountant by profession, specialized in the areas of Prevention and Detection of Fraud and Money Laundering. She is the International Compliance Advisory Manager at Infocredit Group Ltd.

She began her professional career in the Audit and Assurance Department of a Big Four Audit Firm, and she has been with our team for over seven years.

Maria handles a diverse client portfolio, including some of Europe’s largest betting and gaming firms, banks and other large financial institutions, regulators, governmental offices, and insurance firms, amongst others.

She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).

Stelios Komis holds a PhD in Finance from Brunel University (UK) and is Senior Risk Advisory Manager at Infocredit Group Ltd. He has over two decades of experience in risk management and financial analysis and has achieved significant success in these fields.

At Infocredit Group, he leads the Risk Advisory function, supporting clients in designing and implementing modern risk management solutions. He built on his long career at the Bank of Cyprus, where he served from 1996 to 2022, helping to shape the bank’s credit risk analytics framework.

During this time, he played a pivotal role in developing and implementing corporate, SME, and consumer credit rating systems, thereby enhancing the bank’s risk management capabilities. As the Bank’s representative on the Moody’s Risk Advisor Advisory Group (MRAAG), he made significant contributions to the development of internal rating models, further demonstrating his expertise in this area. Stelios has also led and supported initiatives to strengthen governance and risk awareness. Through the Ethos programme, he contributed to developing the Risk Culture Scoring System (RCSS), a structured approach to assessing and monitoring risk culture maturity across the organisation.

Before joining the Bank of Cyprus, Stelios was a lecturer in accounting and finance at Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College in the UK. He also mentored at the Bank of Cyprus’ pioneering IDEA Innovation Centre, sharing his accounting and finance expertise. He has also been a long-standing board member of the Cyprus Economic Society, reflecting his active involvement in and commitment to the financial community in Cyprus. His career is a testament to his commitment to excellence and continuous research and development in finance.

Costas Christodoulou’s tenure as an Accounting Manager at Infocredit Group Ltd has not only been marked by his enduring commitment but also by his significant contributions to the financial management and strategic planning of the company.

With a career spanning over 17 years, Costas has become synonymous with reliability, precision, and strategic insight within the organization. His expertise extends beyond routine accounting practices to include financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis, empowering the company to make informed decisions and pursue sustainable growth.

His role necessitates a deep understanding of the financial landscape, regulatory compliance, and risk management, areas in which Costas has demonstrated exceptional proficiency. His leadership has been pivotal in streamlining accounting processes, implementing innovative financial solutions, and enhancing the overall financial governance of Infocredit Group Ltd.

Beyond his technical skills, Costas is celebrated for his collaborative spirit and his capacity to mentor and inspire his team. He has cultivated a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging his team to pursue professional development and to stay abreast of the latest financial regulations and technologies.

Irene Kringou brings over 15 years of extensive experience in customer service and call centre management. As Senior Call Centre Manager, she leads high-performing teams, drives operational excellence, and ensures consistently high standards of customer engagement. Her role includes setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), optimising workflows, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to achieve organisational targets and service-level objectives.

Previously, Irene served as Debt Collection Manager, where she oversaw the planning and management of long-term and short-term debt recovery processes, ensuring full compliance with Cyprus and European Union regulations. She is committed to professional growth, continuously strengthening leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

Irene holds professional certification from the Collectors Accreditation Initiative (CAI) and was shortlisted for Team Leader of the Year – Non-Creditor (Small) at the Women in Credit Awards 2022, organised by Credit Strategy UK, recognising her leadership and operational impact.

Vasiliki Argyridou’s extensive career in Infocredit Group Ltd showcases her profound adaptability and commitment to professional growth.

Over her 15-year tenure, starting from a foundational role in Customer Support and evolving into a Senior Sales Consultant, she has consistently proven her ability to meet and exceed the dynamic demands of the sales and customer service sectors. Vasiliki’s journey is marked by a deep understanding of customer needs, adeptness in sales methodologies, and strategic planning, illustrating her instrumental role in the company’s achievements.
