Theodoros Kringou is the Founder and Managing Director of Infocredit Group, a leading provider of credit and compliance risk solutions internationally. He began his career at Bank of Cyprus Factors in 1996 and has been with Infocredit Group since 2003, playing a crucial role in its growth and success. Theodoros also serves as a Director of ICG Middle East Commercial Services (UAE), the First Cyprus Credit Bureau Ltd, HostingB2b Ltd, Delphi Alliance, and Malta Credit Bureau.

Under his leadership, Infocredit Group has expanded its services to include credit risk management, compliance solutions, and business research. The company has established strategic partnerships with international organizations, providing clients with access to global compliance, credit, and business information. Infocredit Group is known for its innovative, API-driven solutions in credit risk, AML/CTF compliance, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.

Theodoros has over 20 years of experience in the business world and actively participates in various business associations and non-profit organizations. He is an active member of the Nicosia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, having served as Vice-President from 2018 to 2020. Since November 2020, he has been the President of the Nicosia Tourism Board, promoting Nicosia as a tourist destination with a focus on cultural, religious, business, and sports tourism.

Since September 2020, Theodoros has been President of the Cyprus Association of Mediators, where he previously served as a board member. He is a certified mediator specializing in dispute resolutions and is a member of the Chartered Governance Institute (FCG) and the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (FCICM). Additionally, he is a Cryptocurrency Tracing Certified Examiner (CTCE). He holds a B.Sc. in Management from St. Francis College in New York and an MBA from the Maastricht School of Management.

Theodoros has been a member of the Board of Directors of FEBIS (Federation of Business Information Services) since 2019. Through his involvement with FEBIS, he has collaborated with industry leaders and policymakers to raise awareness of the importance of credit and business information for businesses and economies.

As Managing Director of Infocredit Group, Theodoros Kringou has been recognized for his leadership and contributions to the business community in Cyprus. He was a finalist for the “Business Leader of the Year” award at the Cyprus EY Business Awards in 2021 and has received numerous accolades, including the IN BUSINESS AWARDS 2016 for Infocredit Group in the SME category and the KYC Solution of the Year and the Innovation Award 2022 in the Services Sector.

Stelios Komis, who holds a PhD in Finance from Brunel University (UK), is currently the Manager of Credit Risk at Infocredit Group in Cyprus. His extensive career spans over two decades and includes significant achievements in credit risk management and financial analysis. At Infocredit Group, Stelios leads the department with a focus on innovative credit risk solutions, building on his extensive experience from his previous role at the Bank of Cyprus, where he worked from 1996 to 2022. During his tenure at the Bank of Cyprus, Stelios was instrumental in pioneering credit analysis and analytics. He played a key role in the development and implementation of corporate, SME and consumer credit rating systems, which significantly enhanced the Bank’s risk management capabilities. As the Bank’s representative at Moody’s Risk Advisor Advisory Group (MRAAG), he made significant contributions in the development of internal rating models, further demonstrating his expertise in this area.

Prior to joining the Bank of Cyprus, Stelios was a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance at Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College in the UK. He also served as a mentor at the Bank of Cyprus’ pioneering IDEA Innovation Centre, where he shared his knowledge and experience in accounting and finance. Stelios has also been a long-standing board member of the Cyprus Economic Society, reflecting his active involvement and commitment to the financial community in Cyprus. Stelios’ career is a testament to his commitment to excellence and continuous learning in the field of finance.

Mr Andreas Hadjimichael completed his Bachelor degree in Business Administration with high distinction at the Deere American College in Athens Greece. He currently holds the position HR manager and Corporate Governance Officer at Infocredit Group.

He started his career in 1981 as part of the sales team (exports) at Alpha Trading & Shipping Agencies Ltd, and from 1988 until 2008, he worked in several key positions at MAVA S.A including Assistant Sales Manager, Sales procedure manager, Assistant Commercial Manager and Product Manager. In 2009 he worked as Business Development Manager at Anymel Corporation S.A. and from 2010 to 2014 as Head Administrator and Assistant Quality Manager at Gemanalysis Ltd Cyprus. Finally for a brief time period he worked as Organization & Management Consultant at K.K.E.

Maria Evangelou is a chartered certified accountant by profession, specialized in the areas of Prevention and Detection of Fraud and Money Laundering. Maria is the International Compliance Advisory Manager of Infocredit Group. She started her professional career as part of the Audit and Assurance Department of a Big Four Audit Firm. For over 7 years she is part of Infocredit Group, leading the International Compliance Advisory Department where she handles a wide clientele portfolio, including some of Europe’s largest betting and gaming firms, banks and other large financial institutions, Regulators, governmental offices, insurance firms, amongst others. Maria is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).

Nikos Tsivgoulis brings a decade of expertise in elevating customer service and operational efficiency to the forefront of Infocredit Group Ltd. His leadership is defined by his ability to manage and guide teams towards surpassing service expectations and achieving key performance indicators. With a keen eye for process enhancement, Nikos capitalizes on technological advancements and fosters a culture of employee involvement to refine and optimize contact center operations. His oversight of multi-channel contact centers guarantees fluid communication channels and a superior customer experience. Nikos excels in data analysis, trend spotting, and the formulation of strategic initiatives aimed at perpetual improvement. His results-driven approach places a premium on customer contentment, employee growth, and the attainment of corporate objectives, illustrating his comprehensive and forward-thinking leadership style.

Costas Christodoulou’s tenure as an Accounting Manager at Infocredit Group Ltd has not only been marked by his enduring commitment but also by his significant contributions to the financial management and strategic planning of the company. With a career spanning over 17 years, Costas has become synonymous with reliability, precision, and strategic insight within the organization. Elena, holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and European Studies and a Master’s degree in International Relations. For the last 7 years she has been offering her academic knowledge and business experience in Infocredit Group’s compliance advisory department and since February 2024 as a Compliance Advisory Manager. With over 7 years of extensive experience in the critical field of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT), Elena is known for her meticulous approach and her consistent track record of achieving exceptional results. Her commitment to excellence, extends to client relationships, where she has fostered strong partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including regulators, financial institutions, legal and audit firms, and even betting and gaming companies.  Elena’s deep understanding of the compliance field and her ability to identify specific client needs allows her to offer the most appropriate solutions regarding the combat of money laundering and financial crime.
