Theodoros Kringou is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Infocredit Group, an international provider of credit intelligence, compliance, and risk management solutions. With nearly three decades of experience in banking, credit risk, and regulatory technology, he has led the transformation of the Group into a regional leader in business information, AML/KYC compliance, and digital risk platforms serving clients across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.
He began his career at Bank of Cyprus Factors in 1996 and joined Infocredit Group in 2003, where he played a key role in expanding the company’s international footprint and developing advanced API-driven solutions covering credit risk management, AML/CTF compliance, due diligence, regulatory reporting, and business intelligence.
Under his leadership, Infocredit Group has established strategic partnerships with leading global organisations, including Mastercard and LexisNexis Risk Solutions, enabling clients to access trusted global compliance data, financial crime, cybersecurity intelligence, and risk analytics through integrated digital platforms.
Beyond his executive role, Theodoros serves on the Board of the Nicosia Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is a Founding Member and Board Member of the Cyprus Business Council in Dubai (UAE), contributing to initiatives that strengthen business, investment, and institutional cooperation between Cyprus, the UAE, and the wider Gulf region.
He is also a Founding Member of Malta Credit Bureau and serves as Director in several international organisations, including ICG Middle East Commercial Services (UAE), First Cyprus Credit Bureau Ltd, HostingB2B Ltd, and Delphi Alliance.
Theodoros previously served as a Board Member of FEBIS (Federation of Business Information Services), where he contributed to international policy dialogue on credit information, compliance, and responsible data governance.
He has been actively involved in institutional and community initiatives in Cyprus, including serving as President of the Nicosia Tourism Development and Promotion Company, supporting the international positioning of the city in business, cultural, and sports tourism.
A certified mediator and governance professional, he is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute (FCG), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (FCICM), and a Certified Cryptocurrency Tracing Examiner (CTCE). He holds a BSc in Management from St. Francis College in New York and an MBA from Maastricht School of Management.
His leadership has been recognised through multiple industry distinctions, including innovation and compliance awards for Infocredit Group and his nomination as a finalist for Business Leader of the Year at the Cyprus EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
