The Federation of Business Information Services was established in 1973 for organisations involved in the provision of business information and debt collection services. FEBIS, as the European industry association, seeks to look after the common interest of its members, whilst monitoring new legislation and industry activities. 

The Credit Services Association (CSA) was established in 1988, after the merging of the Association of Trade Protection and Debt Recovery Agents Limited. The CSA is the only National Association of its kind, in the UK, representing professionals within the industry. Established in November 2016, CSR Cyprus is the national association for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Cyprus. The main objective of CSR Cyprus is to promote, develop and implement CSR and its visibility to both the business world as well as the social environment, with the ultimate objective of achieving balanced profitability and sustainable development. The Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a financially independent, corporate body, uninfluenced by the state. Established in 1927, the CCCI unites Cypriot businesses and protects their interests, liaising with the government and members of Parliament on important issues and promoting the views of the wider business community. The CCCI has over 8,000 members, and is affiliated with over 140 professional associations in trade and industry.

As a professional organization, we take pride in establishing standards through Membership, Training, and Qualification Courses, fostering the transformation of Institute members into distinguished Credit Professionals.

Established in 1891 as the Institute of Secretaries, The Chartered Governance Institute is a global body with The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland as one of its nine divisions. Granted a Royal Charter in 1902, its mission of guiding ‘effective and efficient governance and administration of commerce, industry, and public affairs’ endures. Formerly known as The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) until 2019, its division’s name now aligns with global governance standards, emphasizing the UK’s role as a global leader in governance practices.

Founded in 1960, the Cyprus Employers and Industrial Federation (OEB) has active members in all sectors of the economy and employ more than 60% of the private sector’s, workforce, a percentage which is one of the highest in the world. 

Cyprus GCC Countries – a Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry association with the aim of improving business relations between Cyprus and GCC countries. 

The Cyprus Integrity Forum (CIF) is today the leading institution in Cyprus for the fight against corruption and promotion of transparency. It is an independent, non-governmental, non-politically partisan, and non-profit organisation. CIF collaborates with various organisations in Cyprus, Europe, and the USA. We effectively raise public awareness in all layers of society for combating corruption in our everyday lives. We aim to enhance the content and quality of public and corporate governance in all forms of business and ensure that the State and all Governmental Bodies act and behave in a manner that promotes transparency and ethics in all respects. 

Great Britain – Cyprus Business Association was formed from ideas cultivated during conferences we organized. The association was established with the primary goal of fostering Cypriot enterprise in Great Britain and promoting investment in Cyprus. Over the years, they have curated events at prestigious London venues, featuring distinguished guests from Cyprus and the UK as speakers and panelists. These gatherings provided a platform to discuss and deliberate on the advantages of the Cyprus economy and its investment potential, with sponsors also participating to showcase their products.

In the spring of 2021, a group of entrepreneurs based in Cyprus created a non-profit association called TechIsland. The organization’s primary objective is to expedite the growth of the tech industry and position Cyprus prominently on the global tech landscape. At present, TechIsland is committed to an ambitious mission: transforming Cyprus into a top-tier destination for talent, making the tech sector the foremost contributor to GDP growth, and expanding the job market by 2030.

The Malta Association of Credit Management, known as MACM, is a members-owned, not-for-profit organisation, providing a central national organisation for the promotion and protection of all credit interests pertaining to Maltese businesses.

The Cyprus Association of Information Protection and Privacy, was formed by Information Security and Data Privacy professionals in 2018, in order to represent individuals or organisations that deal with information security (incl. cybersecurity), data protection and privacy.

AmCham Cyprus was established and is operating under the auspices of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It is actively supported by the American Embassy and the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Cyprus.
