Infocredit Group is currently looking for a full-time Sales Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the Company’s solutions, sustain client relationships, and guide them seamlessly through the sales process. The role emphasizes customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets to drive company growth and profitability.

Requirements/Qualifications:

BSc/BA degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a relevant field
2-3 years of experience in B2B sales services will be considered an advantage
Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential

Strong sales abilities (prospecting, negotiation, closing)

·      Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

·      Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets

·      Knowledge of business reporting, credit risk, and market trends

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prospect, follow up, and maximize new sales opportunities

·      Conduct market research to identify and target potential clients

·      Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and client agreements

·      Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication

·      Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction

·      Identify cross-selling opportunities and evolving client needs

·      Implement sales strategies to achieve growth and sales targets

·      Collaborate with internal teams for quality service delivery

·      Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients

·      Track leads, prospects, and sales progress in CRM tools

·   Promote the company’s solutions in relevant forums
