Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-14:30

Job Purpose

The Technical Support Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality, hands-on technical support to clients while leading and developing a small internal support team. The role ensures day-to-day support operations run efficiently, client issues are resolved quickly, and the team consistently meets performance standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

– Customer support management: Ticket triage and resolution using JIRA, based on incident severity
– Client onboarding: Introduction and setup of ICG’s products for new clients
– Product configuration and support: Customization of product features and ongoing client assistance post-onboarding
– Process automation: Development and maintenance of automated workflows within ZOHO CRM
– Team leadership: Day-to-day oversight and support of the technical support team
– Collaboration with internal teams: Coordination with Sales, Project, and Product teams to resolve issues and improve client outcomes

Desired Candidate Profile

– Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in technical support or IT operations
– At least 1–2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or mentoring role
– Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
– Excellent command of written and spoken English
– Effective communication and customer service abilities
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
– Experience working with JIRA and Atlassian tools
– Proficiency with ZOHO CRM and WordPress integrations
– Basic knowledge of HTML, APIs (RESTful), Postman, and JSON
– Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards is an advantage
