Position

Infocredit Group is currently looking for a full-time IT Support Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and securing the company’s IT systems and networks while providing timely technical support that ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and peripherals

Monitoring and maintaining system performance, including backups

Repairing, replacing, and testing equipment and new technologies

Responding promptly to service issues and requests

Providing technical support across the company (in person or by phone)

Setting up and managing user accounts, profiles, passwords, and mailboxes (Active Directory, File Server, Office 365)

Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and application problems

Applying security architecture, firewall policies, and configurations

Informing ISL and NA of organizational changes (per ISO 27001:2013 control 12.1.2)

Requirements/Qualifications:

BSc/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field
1-2 years οf proven experience in Computer Science, Engineering or IT

Skills and Characteristics:

Demonstrates technical expertise in computer systems, networks, Active Directory, Office 365, and enterprise applications.

Applies security awareness with knowledge of information security principles, firewall policies, and ISO 27001 standards.

Exhibits problem-solving and adaptability by diagnosing issues, implementing effective solutions, and quickly learning new technologies.

Communicates effectively and provides customer-focused service to both technical and non-technical users in a timely and professional manner.

Maintains integrity and confidentiality by handling sensitive information responsibly and upholding organizational trust.
