Position

Infocredit Group is currently looking for a full-time IT Support Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the IT department in delivering secure, reliable, and efficient technology services that support and advance the company’s business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Leading the IT department by supervising staff, setting goals, and managing resources effectively.

Managing servers, virtual machines, and hosting environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Maintaining network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and Wi-Fi systems.

Monitoring and maintaining enterprise applications to support business operations across all departments.

Implementing and enforcing IT policies and security controls to protect data and ensure compliance.

Maintaining backups and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.

Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently.

Coordinating IT projects and upgrades to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Communicating with non-technical staff and stakeholders to translate technical requirements and provide guidance.

Evaluating and adopting new technologies to enhance efficiency, security, and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

BSc degree in Computer Science or Engineering field
5 years οf proven experience in IT Support

Skills and Characteristics:

Communicates effectively and leads teams by translating technical requirements for non-technical staff and supervising IT personnel.

Demonstrates systems administration expertise in servers, hosting environments, virtual machines, and enterprise applications.

Applies network and security knowledge to manage LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, user accounts, access controls, and backups.

Exhibits problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.

Maintains integrity, compliance, and adaptability by following policies, ensuring data protection, and learning emerging IT infrastructure technologies.
