As a Data & Business Analyst, you will work directly with the Product Portfolio Manager to gather and analyze business requirements, define workflows, and support the delivery of data-driven solutions. You’ll contribute to multiple projects by ensuring data quality, documenting functional specifications, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Working closely with developers, data experts, and stakeholders, you’ll help shape modern, efficient processes that drive innovation within our ecosystem.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in business analysis within the fintech and regtech space, even without prior industry experience. You’ll be mentored and involved in real product development cycles from day one.

Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure consistency and reliability
Work with the Product Portfolio Manager to define business logic, rules, and process flows
Document requirements, workflows, and functional specifications in a clear and structured way
Assist in preparing internal documentation, training material, and user guides
Collaborate with technical teams during testing phases to ensure functionality and usability
Support reporting and basic dashboard creation
Participate in business process reviews and contribute improvement suggestions

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and statistical tasks (e.g., using pandas, NumPy, matplotlib)
Solid working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating structured data
Strong skills in Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Ability to document complex processes clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
1–2 years of experience in the fintech, compliance, or regtech industry is a strong advantage—but not required.
Familiarity with Power Automate or other automation tools
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar project documentation platforms
Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON structures
