Infocredit Group is currently looking for a full-time Customer Success Officer to join our team.

We need a Strategic Success Partner, someone who thrives at the intersection of regulatory expertise and relationship building. If you love the thrill of turning complex compliance challenges into seamless client wins, you’ve found your next home.

As the new Customer Success Officer of the Group, you will be the face of Infocredit. You will not just “search” for new clients. You will be their advisor, their new partner, ensuring that they get the most value from our innovative AML and KYC tools. At the same time, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining and growing a portfolio of assigned accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, regulatory changes, and new business opportunities in the AML and compliance sector.
– Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients, including crafting tailored pitches, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with existing clients, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure long-term business growth.
– Product Promotion: Promote the company’s AML and compliance solutions through various channels, including industry conferences, seminars, and digital marketing campaigns.
– Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback on product offerings and work closely with the product development team to refine and enhance solution offerings.
– Customer Success Targets: Acting as the “Voice of the Customer”, working directly with the IT and Compliance teams to drive their business success through our products.

Requirements/Qualifications:

– You’re a high-energy professional who speaks the language of compliance but has the heart of a storyteller, and:

– You’ve proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the compliance, financial services, or AML/Compliance sectors.

– You know your way around AML/KYC frameworks and aren’t intimidated by regulatory shifts with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

– Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, or Finance. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CAMS) is a plus.

– Fluent English is a must; Greek is a major plus.
