Job Purpose

Infocredit Group is currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Center Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, verifying information, and providing prompt, accurate assistance related to GeSY (Cyprus General Healthcare System) services. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support, addressing inquiries efficiently, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our service processes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

– Handle incoming customer calls, verify information, and provide prompt, accurate support.
– Respond to customer queries about GeSY (Cyprus General Healthcare System) services.
– Maintain high service standards and contribute ideas to continuously improve our processes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Excellent command of Greek and very good command of English (both written and spoken).
Confident computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
– Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment will be considered an advantage.
– Strong communication and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
– Team-oriented approach combined with the ability to work independently when needed.
– Customer-focused attitude, professionalism, and a friendly, positive demeanor.
– Knowledge of Russian will be considered a strong plus.

Language plus points
English and Russian language skills are a strong plus.
– Additional languages are also an advantage.
