The company offers high-quality flexible solutions, ranging from Credit Risk Management to Regulatory Compliance, Debt Recovery, Call Centre Services, Training, Consulting, ESG Services and Digital Marketing and is currently looking for a full time Accounts & Success Manager to join our team.

Job Purpose

As our Accounts & Success Manager, you are the face of Infocredit. You won’t just be “checking in” on clients; you’ll be their go-to advisor, ensuring they derive maximum value from our cutting-edge AML and KYC tools. At the same time, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining and developing a portfolio of assigned accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Architecting Success: Leading the onboarding journey for corporate giants, turning complex tech into intuitive tools they love to use.
Strategic Advising: Conducting high-impact Business Reviews (QBRs) that don’t just report numbers but tell a story of value and resilience.
Relationship Growth: Identifying special points for clients where our other solutions can solve their next big headache.
Internal Advocacy: Acting as the “Voice of the Customer,” working directly with our IT and Compliance teams to bake client feedback into our next product update.
Proactive Problem Solving: Using data to spot a “hiccup” before the client even feels it.

Requirements/Qualifications:

You’re a high-energy professional who speaks the language of compliance but has the heart of a storyteller.
 
– You’ve spent 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management (bonus points if it was in FinTech, RegTech, or Law).
– You know your way around AML/KYC frameworks and aren’t intimidated by regulatory shifts.
– You’re a master of empathy and influence. You can explain complex concepts to a CEO just as easily as you can troubleshoot with a Compliance Officer.
– You’re tech-savvy, CRM-fluent, and possess a data-driven mindset.
– You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or Finance. Fluent English is a must; Greek is a major plus.
