Who You Are
You are organized, proactive, and enjoy solving technical problems while helping others. You also have:
– Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical support role.
– Previous experience in phone system support such as 3CX and Yeastar will be considered an advantage.
– Good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
– Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and common IT support tools.
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
– A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field will be considered an advantage. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
– Fluent English is required; Greek is considered a strong advantage.
