Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-14:30

Job Purpose

As our Marketing Visual Designer, you will shape how our brand communicates across digital channels and marketing touchpoints. You will translate strategy into visuals that engage audiences, support campaigns, and strengthen brand consistency.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Visual Storytelling: Creating compelling visual assets for websites, landing pages, campaigns, and digital experiences.
Campaign Design: Producing visuals for social media, digital advertising, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Marketing Materials: Designing presentations, reports, one-pagers, brochures, and event collateral (digital and print-ready).
AI-Driven Creativity: Rapidly generating, iterating, and refining visuals using AI-assisted tools alongside traditional design software.
Brand Consistency: Ensuring visual coherence and alignment with brand guidelines across all marketing outputs.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to understand messaging, goals, and timelines.
Production & Optimization: Preparing and optimizing assets for web, mobile, and print delivery across different formats and platforms.
Continuous Improvement: Contributing to design workflows, templates, and processes that improve efficiency and output quality.

Requirements/Qualifications:

You are a creative problem solver with strong visual instincts and a practical mindset, able to balance speed with quality.
 
– Experience in a visual design (including UX/UI) role within a marketing, branding, or communications environment.
– Strong eye for layout, composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
– Practical experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
– Experience using modern AI tools for image generation and visual experimentation.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
– Understanding of digital marketing formats, platform requirements, and design constraints, as well as – — – Knowledge of marketing performance metrics (CTR, A/B testing, platform optimization).
– Comfort working with feedback and iterating quickly.
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
– Fluency in English; Greek is a strong advantage.
