As a Data and Business Analyst, you will work directly with our Product Managers to gather and
analyze business requirements, define workflows, and support the delivery of data-driven
solu/ons. You’ll contribute to mul/ple projects by ensuring data quality, documen/ng func/onal
specifica/ons, and iden/fying opportuni/es for improvement. Working closely with developers,
data experts, and stakeholders, you’ll help shape modern, efficient processes that drive
innova/on within our ecosystem.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in business
analysis within the fintech and regtech space, even without prior industry experience. You’ll be
mentored and involved in real product development cycles from day one. This role has been
designed to provide a strong founda/on for professionals who may aspire to grow into a Product
Manager posi/on in the future.

Work with the Product Managers to define business logic, rules, and process flows
Document requirements, workflows, and func/onal specifica/ons in a clear and
structured way
Assist in preparing internal documenta/on, training material, and user guides
Collaborate with technical teams during tes/ng phases to ensure func/onality and
usability
Par/cipate in business process reviews and contribute improvement sugges/ons
Support repor/ng and basic dashboard crea/on
Perform data valida/on and quality checks to ensure consistency and reliability

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analy/cs, Data Science, Economics, Sta/s/cs,
or a related field
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and sta/s/cal tasks (e.g., pandas, NumPy,
matplotlib)
Solid working knowledge of SQL for querying and valida/ng structured data
Strong skills in Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data manipula/on
Excellent organiza/onal and communica/on skills
Strong a\en/on to detail and analy/cal mindset
Ability to document complex processes clearly and collaborate with cross-func/onal
teams

User-centric mindset and ability to iden/fy business value in poten/al solu/ons
Experience working with diverse stakeholders
Understanding how to manage technical feasibility with business needs
Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualiza/on tools
Experience in the fintech, compliance, or regtech industry
Familiarity with Power Automate or other automa/on tools
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar project documenta/on pla_orms
Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON structures
