The company offers high-quality flexible solutions, ranging from Credit Risk Management to Regulatory Compliance, Debt Recovery, Call Centre Services, Training, Consulting, ESG Services and Digital Marketing and is currently looking for a full time Sales Officer for AML solutions to join our team.

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-14:30

Infocredit Group is currently looking for a full-time Sales Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and promote the company’s AML and compliance solutions to potential clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape, AML frameworks, and compliance challenges businesses face today.

Requirements/Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Law, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CAMS) is a plus.
– 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales. Experience in Financial sector or Regulated entities will be considered an advantage.
– Strong understanding of compliance regulations, AML directives, and financial industry standards.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Willingness to travel as required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

– Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, regulatory changes, and new business opportunities in the AML and compliance sector.
– Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients, including crafting tailored pitches, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts.
– Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with existing clients, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure long-term business growth.
– Product Promotion: Promote the company’s AML and compliance solutions through various channels, including industry conferences, seminars, and digital marketing campaigns.
– Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback on product offerings and work closely with the product development team to refine and enhance solution offerings.
– Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by managing sales pipelines and conducting regular performance analyses.
