Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards and other applicable regulations.
Maintain documentation and records associated with the IMS, including control of policies, procedures, manuals, and registers.
Maintain and update the IMS database and records management systems
Assist and support in conducting internal and external audits, follow-ups, closing out non-conformities and certification processes.
Coordinate with departments to ensure awareness and adherence to IMS requirements.
Compile and analyze IMS-related data for reporting to management.
Support training and awareness initiatives related to the management system.
Assist the Management System Coordinator in preparing reports, reviews, and improvement plans.
Contribute to the development and communication of best practices related to quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety management.
Any other duties that may be assigned by the MSC
