Assistant Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in planning, executing, and optimizing our marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, and social media marketing.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging marketing materials.
Events Coordination:
Plan, organize, and coordinate company events, trade shows, and webinars.
Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site activities.
Partnership Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Collaborate with partners to develop co-branded campaigns and events.
Email Marketing:
Create, deploy, and monitor email campaigns to ensure maximum engagement and effectiveness.
Segment and manage email lists for targeted communications.
Performance Analysis:
Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
Identify trends and insights to optimize performance and improve ROI.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling copy for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Market Research:
Conduct research to identify market trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
Use insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
– 1-2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a similar role.
– Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
– Strong organizational and project management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
– Experience in social media management and content creation is a plus.
