IT Technical Support officer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding clients onto our platforms, managing Jira tickets in response to customer requests based on the severity of incidents, and guiding and assisting clients with onboarding our API product using Postman. Additionally, the individual will play a crucial role in automating processes within ZOHO CRM and integrating these with our WordPress landing pages.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical related field or equivalent experience
• Basic understanding of HTML and forms
• Ability to analyze Excel/CSV files
• Experience with JIRA and other Atlassian products would be considered an advantage
• Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs, Postman, and JSON structure.
• Proficiency with ZOHO, WordPress, and their integrations.
• Excellent Command of Written and Spoken English is a must

Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Support: Manage and respond to Jira tickets based on incident severity.
Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients to ICG’s products.
Product Configuration & Support: Configure products based on client needs and requirements, and support clients following configuration and onboarding.
API Guidance: Guide and assist clients with implementing our API products.
Excel Data Analysis: Analyse CSV/Excel files to support business functions.
Automate Processes: Develop and maintain automation within ZOHO CRM.
Integration: Connect ZOHO CRM with WordPress landing pages for AML and Credit risk products.
HTML and Forms: Use basic HTML to create and manage integration forms.
