Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for research, retrieval of data, data entry in the company’s systems and the preparation of high quality reports.



  • Educated to bachelor degree level

  • Excellent command of English and Greek language is a must



  • Excellent typing skills

  • Working in a team

  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Resourcefulness in solving problems

  • Able to read and understand Financial Statements



The person selected will undergo a series of trainings to be able to:

  • Prepare all types of reports that are sent to clients on a daily basis

  • Perform accurate desk research and interviews for Credit Reports

  • Ensure that information in the database is kept accurate, current and updated in a time-efficient and effective manner as per required deadlines and guideline

  • Collect, process and input information in the company’s systems

  • Have a clear and thorough comprehension of the company products/services and industry in which the company operates

  • Be actively involved in lead generation

  • Have a clear and thorough knowledge of the company systems and software

  • Be actively involved and able to perform KYC investigations

  • Ensure that personal daily work targets are met and that quality output is not compromised

  • Effectively perform the daily administration of order processing assigned to them and assist other team members when needed

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the department supervisor and the company management
