• Responding to customer requests
• Performing excellent Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner
• Preparing contracts and proposals for new and prospective customers
• Performing cold-calling for sales
• Managing clerical or other administrative staff
• Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
• Word processing and dealing with email and telephone enquiries
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both oral and written
• Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
